Program Details & Structure
The program helps scale post-prototype startups to our network and markets with opportunities for venture capital funding. Startups also gain access to HPC, AI tools, tailored mentorship, and connections within the G42 and UAE ecosystem and Presight’s global markets.
The program is held in Abu Dhabi, UAE with a hybrid model. The engagement will be customised as per startups KPIs for the program.
The commitment is flexible—typically a few hours per week if you participate in all recommended activities. Founders can prioritize activities that maximize their startup’s success.
Applications for Cohort II are now open, with submissions closing on 31 January 2026.
Apply now and indicate in your application that you’re actively fundraising. If accepted, we initiate the investment process immediately rather than waiting for the next batch to begin.
Funding & Investment
Upon completing the program, you will have the opportunity to pitch for venture capital funding.
Presight will provide access to its global customers, large enterprises, as well as government entities. In addition to Presight, participants will also have access to the broader G42 ecosystem. To align interests between both parties, Presight will provide a $50k in-kind SAFE note to every company joining the program, with no discount and no valuation cap, subject to the condition that at least one joint contract between the G42 companies and Presight and the startup is executed within twelve months from the start of the program.
Application & Eligibility
We encourage applications from startups that have moved beyond the prototype stage and have generated some sales. Your startup should be in DeepTech & AI, and ideally, sector-agnostic. We welcome applications from a range of industries, including Finance, Energy, Smart Cities, and Public Services.
Yes.
No. We consider startups in any field that leverage AI within Presight’s focus areas. Our past investments include AI-driven solutions in Energy, Fintech, and Smart Cities.
Yes. However, if you’ve previously completed another accelerator program, we may expect a higher level of progress.
We do not provide feedback unless you are invited for an interview.
Legal & Operational Considerations
No, there is no requirement to domicile or establish a legal entity in the UAE during the program. Our goal is to keep the process flexible and founder-friendly for global startups.
No.
In most cases, yes. There are multiple visa options available depending on your circumstances. If accepted, we can refer you to our support team for guidance.
No. Unlike many investors, we do not see this as a limitation. Even if we try to avoid accepting direct competitors, startup products evolve significantly over time. If two accelerator startups are working in related areas, we ensure confidentiality and do not share information between them.
