Before his tenure in the UAE, he served as CEO of Esri Singapore, a global frontrunner in Geospatial Technology, where he played a pivotal role in supporting Singapore’s esteemed Smart Nation initiatives. His extensive experience and forward-thinking approach underscore Presight’s mission to leverage technology in driving significant, positive change.

Dr. Adel Alsharji

Chief Operating Officer

At Presight’s operational helm, Dr. Adel Alsharji infuses the company with over 25 years of seasoned expertise. His profound knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), auditing, and anti-corruption significantly contributes to the development and deployment of innovative, technology-led financial AI products and solutions. Dr. Adel is dedicated to elevating customer service standards, ensuring Presight’s offerings meet and exceed client expectations.

Before embarking on his journey with Presight in 2021, Dr. Adel honed his skills within the civil service sector, further solidifying his comprehensive understanding of financial technology’s role in fostering secure, ethical business environments. Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration, his passion for leveraging fintech to enhance societal safety underscores his commitment to Presight’s mission and values.

Xiaodong Zhou

Chief Technology Officer

Xiaodong Zhou, our Chief Technology Officer, is at the forefront of crafting Presight’s technological roadmap and AI strategy, focusing on applying modern analytical methodologies. His responsibility includes embracing cutting-edge technologies to unlock tangible business outcomes.

Since 2015, Xiaodong has been immersed in the UAE’s tech scene, dedicating his expertise to big data analysis, cloud adoption, and data science. With a rich background of over 17 years, his experience spans critical sectors such as telecommunications, finance, and software development. His tenure at MicroStrategy, a company renowned for its analytic platforms and applications, highlights his deep engagement with technology-driven solutions.

Ram Meyoor

Chief Financial Officer

At Presight’s financial helm, Ram Meyoor orchestrates the company’s financial and operational strategy. His leadership is pivotal in driving Presight’s growth organically and through strategic business integrations, enhancing profitability, ensuring fiscal discipline, and upholding governance standards.

With a rich background spanning over twenty years, Ram has cultivated a profound expertise in finance. His journey includes significant roles at Motorola Solutions across diverse regions including MENA, India, APAC, and the U.S., where he played a key role in enhancing the organization’s financial infrastructure. Ram’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in Science, and an MBA from the U.S., underscoring his comprehensive understanding of financial management within the tech industry.

Xiaoyin Yang

Chief Solutions Officer

As Presight’s Chief Solutions Officer, Xiaoyin Yang is critical in bridging innovation and execution. Collaborating seamlessly with the Research & Development, Sales, and Delivery teams, she leads the charge in designing and developing pioneering products, services, and solution verticals. Her efforts are instrumental in addressing the needs of key clients and advancing Presight’s strategic objectives. With over two decades of experience in the Big Data Analytics and Business Intelligence sectors across North America and the Middle East, Xiaoyin brings a wealth of expertise and a deep understanding of achieving solution excellence at scale.

Rashed AlKouk

Rashed AlKouk steers Presight’s corporate direction as the Chief Corporate Officer, with a keen emphasis on Corporate Governance, Enterprise Risk, Mergers and acquisitions, and Administrative excellence. In addition, his strategic insight extends to Strategic Planning and fostering dynamic People-Culture Management, underpinning Presight’s vision and operational success.

With a distinguished career spanning various leadership roles in the investment sector, Rashed has been instrumental in driving exposure and fostering growth within the organizations he has served. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of industries, where he has significantly enhanced external strategic partnerships, ensured operational efficiencies, and maximized revenue potential, demonstrating his versatile and impactful approach to corporate leadership.

Nick Clements

Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

At the helm of Presight’s marketing endeavors, Nick Clements serves as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, infusing the company with over two decades of distinguished leadership in marketing and communications. His extensive background spans both national and international landscapes, across a diverse array of sectors, where he has excelled in strategic and operational roles.

As the former Senior Director of Enterprise Marketing & Communications at G42, Nick was pivotal in steering initiatives that enhanced brand identity, managed reputation, and fostered value creation. His expertise in leading dynamic teams positions Presight to navigate the complexities of global markets and drive forward with a compelling brand narrative.

Charles Kelly

General Counsel

Charles Kelly has over 20 years’ experience working in private practice for international law firms as well as in-house counsel for multi-national corporations. He has practiced in the UAE for 15 years. He is a dual-qualified English and South Africa attorney.
His focus has been cross border M&A and joint ventures in sub-Saharan Africa, MENA, and the Gulf.

H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori

Chairman of the Board

H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori, an esteemed Abu Dhabi Executive Council member and Chairman of the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi, exemplifies visionary leadership and a profound commitment to progress across multiple sectors. His extensive leadership experience spans the government and private sectors, including pivotal roles in telecommunications, energy, and technology. Al Mansoori’s expertise in strategic planning, institutional development, and performance optimization has driven growth and transformation.

As the former Group Chief Operating Officer of G42, he was critical in shaping strategic partnerships, fostering innovation, enhancing business efficiencies, and guiding transformation efforts. His tenure at G42 also highlighted his contributions to brand development, organizational culture enhancement, and the nurturing of future leadership.

Al Mansoori’s impactful involvement in the UAE’s response to the National COVID-19 pandemic underlines his dedication to societal well-being. His leadership at Bayanat led to its historic public listing on the ADX, marking a significant milestone with G42’s first IPO and securing a record-breaking trading debut in 2022.

Before his time with G42, Al Mansoori directed the UAE National Media Council, steering it through a transformative period that earned it the Government Excellence Award for the Most Improved Entity in 2018. His efforts significantly bolstered the UAE’s media presence and digital communication, enhancing the country’s brand and fostering industry innovation.

Al Mansoori’s board memberships reflect his broad influence and include positions with Injazat, the Board of Trustees at MBZUAI, and as a Board Member of Etisalat and Multiply Group. His academic background is equally impressive, with a Computer Science degree from the University of Toledo, Ohio, and advanced certificates from London Business School and MIT. Suhail Bin Tarraf

Board Member

A performance-driven transformative leader with over 20 years of senior expertise in Strategy, Operations, Technology and Human Resources to consistently achieve happy customers, employees, and stakeholders. Harvard Business School alumnus with particularly strong experience in Organizational Strategy, Strategic HR, Recruiting, Total Rewards, Emiratization, Employee Services, HR Technology and Analytics.

Suhail is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), prior to which he was the Chief Operating Officer at Emirates Islamic Bank. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tanfeeth, the shared services subsidiary of the Emirates NBD Group.

He has a proven track record in the development of innovative HR change initiatives and strategies to enable transformation, growth, and turnarounds. A creative problem solver and decision maker, Suhail is adept at aligning the needs of employees with the mission of the organization and country.

Suhail is an award-winning, published thought leader and international speaker who is passionate about mentoring and developing future Emirati leaders, and supporting the UAE’s vision and ambitions. He also won the ‘Most Inspirational Male Leader Award’ at the International Business Excellence Awards.

He is a graduate of the American University in Dubai with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds specialized post-graduate certifications from several leading global business schools.

Kiril Evtimov

Board Member

Kiril Evtimov stands out as a distinguished figure in technology and business, boasting an extensive background that spans startups to Fortune 500 companies globally. His career has been marked by the successful development and implementation of innovative cloud, analytics, decision support products, and highly scalable data platforms, making substantial contributions to industries like healthcare, financial services, and technology. His expertise has propelled clients towards success and created notable business impacts.

Currently serving as a technology advisor for G42, Kiril shines as the co-founder, board member, and CEO of FairSignals Inc. His prior roles have seen him at the helm of major projects and teams at Teradata, MicroStrategy, and eBay, where he led with vision and innovation.

At FairSignals, Kiril embraces various responsibilities, from setting strategic visions to overseeing financial management and product development and leading the startup’s external interactions within the fintech landscape.

During his tenure as Teradata’s Vice President and General Manager of Unified Data Architecture Platform Technologies, Kiril set strategic directions. He spearheaded the R&D efforts for the analytical ecosystem, managing an extensive portfolio of over 30 software products.

In his role as Vice President of Program Management at MicroStrategy, Kiril focused on the creation, analysis, and design of pioneering analytical solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.

Kiril’s journey also includes over 13 years in Silicon Valley, California, where, at eBay, he assumed various technical management positions across eBay, PayPal, StubHub, Skype, and Classified businesses. As Director of Analytics Platform Engineering and Architecture, he implemented enterprise-wide analytical and business intelligence platforms and led groundbreaking work in cyber fraud prevention.

Kiril’s consulting expertise has benefited numerous prominent companies, including Intuitive Surgical and Extreme Networks. He has also contributed to Tableau Software’s Customer Advocacy Board, advising on technology innovation and data transformation strategies.

Kiril’s academic foundation is as impressive as his professional journey. He holds an MS degree in Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Bulgaria, further solidifying his role as a visionary leader in the tech industry.

Abdulla Rashed Alrashdi

Board Member

Abdulla Al Rashidi, CEO of Tamouh Healthcare, brings a wealth of leadership and expertise to the board. Equipped with an MBA in Finance and Administration from Abu Dhabi University, Abdulla’s career is distinguished by a broad spectrum of executive roles within notable entities, ranging from the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters to the Abu Dhabi Authority of Culture and Heritage and various capacities within the Federal Government.

Since joining Tamouh Healthcare in 2019, Abdulla has leveraged his extensive experience to lead the organization through critical health initiatives, notably steering Tamouh Healthcare’s pivotal response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his guidance, Tamouh Healthcare has played an instrumental role in monitoring and managing the pandemic’s impact, showcasing Abdulla’s adept leadership in global health crises.

Hamda Almheiri

Board Member

Hamda Almheiri brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insight to her role as a Board Member, currently leading the Government Affairs division at ADQ, a premier investment and holding company based in Abu Dhabi. Tasked with managing ADQ’s relations with key government stakeholders across local, state, and federal levels, Hamda ensures developing and implementing a strategic framework that guides the company’s initiatives and engagements. Her responsibilities also extend to fostering collaboration with industry advocates to explore mutual interests and to the vigilant monitoring of governmental activities worldwide. Before her current role, Hamda was at the helm of the Corporate Planning and Performance Department within ADQ’s Strategy function.

Hamda’s career is marked by significant positions, including her time with the Abu Dhabi Executive Office as a Project Manager focused on financial policy and efficiency and the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, where she specialized in Financial Policy and Efficiency. Her tenure at Etihad Airways as Manager Commercial Analyst for Strategy and Planning further showcases her extensive experience in strategic development and planning.

Hamda is academically distinguished by a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School and an alumna of the Georgetown Leadership Seminar. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a licensed diver and enjoys exploring new artistic and cultural horizons, reflecting her diverse interests and commitment to continuous learning and exploration.
